Frequently Asked Questions

Different fee structures apply for different services and appointment length. Please contact us for further information about our fees.
We are not a bulk billing practice and therefore payment is required at the time of the service and can be made by debit/credit card. Please note that you do not need a referral to see us.

Non-attendance and appointment cancellations received with less than48 hours notice will be billed at a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled session fee.

You do not need a referral to access our services. If you would like to access Medicare treatment plans, you will need to see your GP to assess your eligibility. We accept clients who are referred under the Eating Disorder Management Plan and the Mental Health Care Plan.

Telehealth Therapy allows the delivery of therapy via the internet or phone. We use software specially designed for telehealth to deliver our online services in a secure and discreet way.
There is a lot of evidence to support that psychological therapy delivered via telehealth is just as effective as face-to-face.
